【Description】:

CLiQSPERSE BK is an almost 100% active universal dispersing and wetting agent for coatings and universal pigment concentrates. The neutralised phosphate ester based product is compatible with non-polar and medium polar solvents and is slightly hazy in high polar solvents and water.

CLiQSPERSE BK is highly recommended in base alkyd paints as compatibiliser to improve compatibility with universal colorant systems. It will improve colour development and colour acceptance.

CLiQSPERSE BK improves gloss, colour strength and reduces grinding time and viscosity of pigment pastes. It is compatible with all kind of pigments, but particularly recommended for carbon black.

【Level of Use】:

CLiQSPERSE BK is best dispersed with pigments and extenders for maximum efficiency. A loading level between 0.1 - 0.6% on total formulation is recommended for non-aqueous base paint formulations to improve compatibility with pigment concentrates or as dispersing agent for pigments.

For non-aqueous and universal pigment concentrates a loading level between 2 and 10 %on total is recommended. A loading ladder study needs to be performed to identify the optimum dosage level.

In universal pigment concentrates it isrecommended to combine CLiQSPERSE BK with the wetting agent CLiQSPERSE 121.
