【Description】:

CLiQSPERSE 153 is a highly efficient multifunctional wetting and dispersing agent for industrial and automotive coating systems. It is efficient with both inorganic and organic pigments used in aqueous resin-free pigment concentrates or base coats.

CLiQSPERSE 153 is applied in pigment concentrates to prevent pigment flocculation, flooding and floating. It maximises colour development and colour acceptance of pigment concentratesand improves gloss development in the final coating system.

CLiQSPERSE 153 is highly recommended in aqueous wood coatings and primers as it has no adverse effect on water resistance.

CLiQSPERSE 153 is based on glycolether and contains alkylphenol ethoxytales. CLiQSPERSE152 is recommended as APE/glycolether-free alternative.

【Level of Use / Incorporation】:

CLiQSPERSE 153 is best dissolved in water prior to pigment addition. The optimum loading level should be determined for each system using a loading ladder study.
In pigment concentrates a loading level in between1 - 10 % on total is recommended, for paint formulation a loading between 0.2 - 1.0 % is recommended.

CLiQSPERSE 153 is compatible with most pigments and binders used in industrial and automotive coatings.
