3,5-Dihydroxybenzoic acid, (DHBA) i.e. alpha-Resorcylic acid, 5-Carboxyresorcinol, Benzoic acid, 3,5-dihydroxy-; white crystalline powder, non-poisonous, soluble in alcohol, ether and hot water.

It will turn pink with ferric chloride. Intermediate for resveratrol production.

Storage 

Packed in Cardboard barrel lined with plastic bag, net weight 25kgs.

It should be sealed packed and stored in the cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, prevent moisture.

Keep away from fire and heat source. It must be kept prevent rain and sunlight in the transportation.

Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent package damage.

It should be stored separately from oxidant and strong alkali, and avoid mixed storage.

Fire fighting equipment of corresponding variety and quantity shall be provided.

The storage area should be equipped with suitable materials to contain the leakage.

To achieve best possible results, we recommend storage under the condition stated above and use within 6 months from delivery.

The powder is light brown. If inhaled, move the patient to fresh air. If breathing stops, perform artificial respiration. Rinse with soap and plenty of water. Wash your eyes carefully with water. Do not feed anything to the unconscious. Gargle with water.
