CED are the calcined kaolin having high brightness, through the control of the heat treatment and dehydroxylation, removal of the hydroxyl groups incorporated in the crystal molecules, thereby enhancing the brightness of the product. CED is highly micronized processing to improve its dispersion properties.

【Application】:
CED is specially designed for the application of electro deposition coatings, the salt content is relatively low and to provide a good corrosion resistance when used together with an anti-corrosive pigment. It fine particles is easier to disperse with high-speed disperser and its morphology makes it very suitable asTiO2 extender pigment, it can give the primer and topcoat layer optimum smoothness and improve the distinctness of image (DOI).
