1-Ethynyl-1-cyclohexanol (ECH) is an acetylenic alcohol with different application fields, such as life science, photoresist, silicones, plastics, polymers and fibers. It is used as a catalyst inhibitor (platinum) in silicone release coatings

Mainly used as an efficient inhibitor or blocking agent for silicon-hydrogen addition reaction catalyzed by platinum. Used as a sedative in medicine and as an acid corrosion inhibitor in metal protection. When used as an inhibitor for silicon-hydrogen addition reaction, it can make the vinyl component and the silicon-hydrogen component mixed at room temperature (20℃) for a long time without cross-linking or delayed cross-linking, but can quickly cross-link when the temperature reaches the vulcanization temperature. It has good compatibility with silicone rubber, low odor, light color, and is suitable for two-component addition-type liquid silicone rubber, silicone rubber ink, silicone rubber spray oil, etc.

As for organic silicon system thermal conductive adhesive, commonly used ethylene-based silicone oil as the base adhesive, low-hydrogen silicone oil is used as the crosslinking agent, and an organic silicon resin is prepared by adding a vulcanizing agent. After adding thermal conductive particles, an electronic-grade heat-dissipating organic silicon potting adhesive is prepared. The formula components and their amounts, the size, amount, and surface state of inorganic particles all affect the processability, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties of the potting adhesive. Ethylene-based silicone oil is used as the base adhesive, low-hydrogen silicone oil is used as the crosslinking agent, chloroplatinic acid-isopropanol is used as the vulcanizing machine, and aluminum oxide is used as the thermal conductive filler to prepare a single-component thermal conductive organic silicon electronic-grade potting adhesive. The research results on the storage stability of 1-ethynyl-cyclohexanol, vinylcyclohexene, and phenylacetylene for single-component potting adhesive show that 2.2phr 1-ethynyl-cyclohexanol has a good inhibitory effect, and the single-component silicone gel has a room temperature storage period of 3 months
