A strain of drumbeats commenced Titanos’s year-end party of 2012 in Shanghai. The grand meeting, held on Jan 26, 2013, has drawn more than 350 staff members to participate in.

Entitled “Team, Enthusiasm, Dream”, the party was held to reward employees for their hard work and celebrate the start of a new year.

Chairman Yang Tao, President Ning Qunying, and municipal governors and officers came to the party. Colleagues from Guangzhou, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Beijing, Hong Kong, Germany, Malaysia and Italy also came to enjoy this annual gathering.

The year-end party started with Chairman Yang’s speech in which he spoke highly of company’s achievements during the past years. He also expressed a new vision that Titanos would become the largest trading center of inorganic powder materials in the near future.

The award ceremony of outstanding employees was one of the major parts of the year-end party. Ten employees from various departments were awarded for their great performance in 2012.

Mutual respect between the management team and other staff members has always been the reason of great group cohesiveness in Titanos. Titanosers from home and abroad extended their best wishes for the company through a video while staff from the Shanghai Titanos Industry Co. Ltd. expressed their gratitude with two original poems.

The climax came with several recomposed songs by staff from Hangzhou branch. They added Titanos’s own stories into several well-known songs in a humorous way, resonating with most staff members. Their creativity and hardwork paid off. The performance was awarded the most welcomed show at the party.

The second prize went to a dance imitating Gangnam Style by the management team from Shanghai Titanos Industry Co. Ltd..

“This performance made the supervisors look more accessible,” said a staff member from Shanghai.

A sketch named “A Report to the Boss” by Shanghai sales department was awarded the third prize.

For those who did not participate in the show, interactive games provide them with a great platform to communicate with colleagues from all around the nation. However, the most welcomed part at the party must be the lucky draws. To express his sincerity and encouragement, Chairman Yang awarded the first prize in person.
