On the morning of January 30th, Shanghai Titanos held its 2025 year-end summary meeting in the multi-functional hall on the first floor of Shanghai headquarters. Chairman Yang Tao, President Ning Qunying, Vice Chairman Ning Kecheng, Executive Vice President Jin Zhengyuan, Vice President Liu Min, Chairman Assistant and General Manager of Supply Chain Center Yang Yi, and General Manager of Domestic Marketing Center Yang Wang attended the meeting.

The conference featured presentations from the Purchasing Department, Domestic Marketing Center, International Marketing Center, Technology Center, Human Resources and Administration Department, Warehousing and Logistics Department, IT & Information Department, Finance Department, and Management Department, who reported on their 2025 work summaries and 2026 work plans.

In 2025, thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees, the company achieved new heights in all departments and projects. Domestic and international sales of key products such as titanium dioxide, pigments and fillers, water-based additives and resins, and aluminum paste reached new highs. Both the number of suppliers and customers saw varying degrees of growth, and many new employees performed exceptionally well.

At the awards ceremony in the afternoon, awards such as Outstanding Newcomer Award, Outstanding Employee Award, Outstanding Manager Award, Sales Champion, Runner-up and Third Place, Outstanding Team Award, Most Improved Award, Outstanding Sales Award, Special Performance Award, and Special Contribution Award were presented to recognize and affirm the achievements of individuals and teams, while also inspiring all employees to continue their hard work.

During the banquet, various departments presented a variety of wonderful performances, including songs, dances, fashion shows, crosstalk, and skits, all of which added to the festive atmosphere of the annual meeting and showcased the diverse talents of the colleagues. The opening drum dance and Sichuan opera face-changing performance by the Zhujiajiao Town Federation of Trade Unions in Qingpu District were particularly impressive, fostering a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where everyone could connect and strengthen bonds among colleagues.

Titanos's 2025 Year-End Summary and 2026 Spring Festival Gala concluded successfully. Looking back, the achievements are remarkable; looking forward, the prospects are bright. In the new year, Titanos will continue to implement the "Three Expansions, Two Improvements, and One Increase" strategy: expanding talent recruitment, increasing business scale, and diversifying product offerings; improving service quality and enhancing service value; and increasing service content.
