January 9th to 10th，the ministry of sales team and e-commerce team, the human resource  department and the purchasing department held a very meaningful party building and League building activity in Daming Mountain Skiing and Tuankou hot spring scenic spot in Linan, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

 

Daming Mountain Ski Resort is located in Wansongling, more than 1200 meters above sea level, by the side of Daming Lake. The ski trails is more than 800 meters long and 60 meters wide. It is a large outdoor alpine ski resort in East China. Tuankou hot spring is not only called Tianmu Mountain hot spring , but also known as ‘Ludi spring’ in ancient time . It has a geothermal area of about 0.2 square kilometers. The underground heat storage temperature is 40-50 degrees, and the water temperature overflowing the surface is 30-32.5 degrees, which is low-temperature hot water. The spring could be both moving and still, cold and warm int the same time. Teams experienced ‘extreme misery’ and composed a hymn of ice and fire.

 

Skiing is an extreme challenge in winter and hot spring is the most relaxing enjoyment in winter. It's a race between cold and yourself .Only by passing the test of ‘crawling and rolling’ in the snow we can have a chance to enjoy the benefits of nature . Solidarity and cooperation among multiple departments and the display of personality allowed employees feel a down-to-earth spirit to challenge themselves and enjoy the pleasure of success in the end. We hoped that employees can integrate the continuously stepping forward spirit into their work to realize their self-worth.

Through this team building activities of local version of Hokkaido ‘dancing, skiing, singing and hot spring’, we used our nations’ striving spirit as guideline to rally the youth power of our generation. We will remain true to our original aspiration and devote to our work with fuller enthusiasm. We hope to realize our wonderful dreams with our hard-working hands in 2021!
