Over 300 representatives elected Wu Jinglei and Zhang Shuihe Chairwoman and Secretary-general of the Eighth Council. Titanos Group President Ning Qunying, along with other 20 council members, was voted as vice-president of the Council.

 

Green Coatings Development Forum and Ecological Dyestuffs and Pigments Development Forum were organized in the afternoon.
