Over-capacity and overstock have been bothering Chinese titanium dioxide manufacturers for several months. However, the prices have seen evidence of rebounding. Sichuan-based LOMON and Jiangxi-based TIKON have both announced price increase by 300 yuan/mt at April 14, indicating the market recovery is just around the corner.
