Titanium dioxide markets didn't improve by end of the first week in April. A South-east China based leading manufacturer stated price increase by 300yuan/mt at 1st April, which proved to be an April Fool's joke, somehow indicating that the prices in Chinese markets are not likely to continue to fall.
