Same as already practiced in Western Europe and the United States the Impreglon plants in Eastern Europe will offer customers a "One Stop Shop" for their coating needs. With its central location PUT has the option to grow on existing premises and add new coating processes in the future. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
