The majority of the titanium ore manufacturers have resumed normal production last week after the seven-day long Lunar New Year Holiday. Hoping that post-holiday demands will launch a price rise, leading manufacturers are unwilling to destock at current low prices. Some titanium middling manufacturers have already announced price increase by 20 to 30 yuan/mt, and titanium concentrate prices have seen slight fluctuation.
