Market Forecast:

Domestic market has seen four successive price reductions since the second half of October, strengthening some small manufacturers’ determination to stop reduction to avoid loss. However, reduction of output is always good news to the leading companies rather than to those with small scale. Lowering operating rate may indicate further price drop, analysts say.
