At the beginning of October, titanium dioxide manufacturers successively boost production as prices start to hike after one-year-long depression. However, it seems that they misjudge customers’ reaction to the sudden price increase. Most manufacturers are now troubled by overstocking and low-price competition, and the titanium dioxide prices are expected to dip in the last two months in 2013.
