Panzhihua Sino-titanium Science and Technology company  is located in Panzhihua vanadium and titanium industry garden area. The company is dedicated to the development and utilization of iron ore resources in east Panzhihua area, and according to the hydrochloric acid leaching mature technology and mature process equipment, combining with the actual situation of titanium resources in east Panzhihua area, successfully developed artificial rutile and rich titanium materials as well as the composite algorithm of titanium dioxide production technology, and has applied for many independent intellectual property rights of the national patent, and successfully transfered into industrial production technology.

At present, the company has invested 79 million in vanadium and titanium industry area and built the first phase of the project with the production line of annual output of 30000 tons of artificial rutile and rich titanium material. It plans in 2015 to form the production capacity of an annual output of 1 million tons of artificial rutile and rich titanium material, 300,000 tons of titanium dioxide, and 2.4 million tons of the ironmaking pellets. In the end of 2010, it purchased YiLi Vanadium and Titanium company in HuiLi Country, XunTeng Mining Industry company in Yanbian County and a number of mining enterprises and Sichuan HengWei Titanium Technology Company who produces titanium sponge. It plans to form the titanium industry clusters of the integration of the mining, dressing, artificial rutile and rich titanium materials, titanium dioxide, titanium sponge and titanium material.
