In March 2024, China imported 10,463.99 tons of titanium dioxide, a year-on-year increase of 123.62% and a month-on-month increase of 45.06%. From January to March 2024, China imported approximately 24,300 tons of titanium dioxide, an 84.65% increase compared to the same period last year, import quantity increased by about 11,100 tons.

In March 2024, China exported 196,100 tons of titanium dioxide, showing a month-on-month increase of 46.72% and a year-on-year increase of 29.61% compared to the same period last year. From January to March 2024, China exported approximately 489,500 tons of titanium dioxide, reflecting an 11.98% increase compared to the same period last year, export quantity increased by about 52,400 tons.

The top three countries for titanium dioxide exports in March were India, Brazil, and Turkey, accounting for 13%, 7%, and 6% of the total exports.
