Price gap of titanium dioxide products of the same model is now up to CNY700 per tonne, showing that Chinese titanium dioxide market is undergoing a new round of price war.

 

Price increases in early May did pull up the average price, but downstream market demands are still far from satisfactory and the prices are likely to level off in June.

 

Latest titanium dioxide prices (including tax) in China:

Rutile titanium dioxide: 11,800-13,200 yuan/mt

Anatase titanium dioxide: 9,800-10,800 yuan/mt
