Generally speaking, the operation rate of ore manufacturing industry in Southwestern China’s Pan-Xi Region is quite low by the end of February, and inventory is consequently tight.

Prevailing price of titanium concentrate in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province (46%) is now RMB440-480 yuan/mt, and that of titanium middlings (38%) is RMB250-270 yuan/mt, both excluding tax.
