The majority of the titanium concentrate manufacturers in Pan-xi Region, one of the main ore producers within China, have stopped production. Most of the manufacturers are unwilling to undersell the concentrate and middling products at record low prices. Little fluctuation is expected by end of February.

Titanium concentrate in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province (46%, exclusive of tax): 440-480 yuan/mt

Titanium middlings (38%, exclusive of tax): 250-270 yuan/mt
