German Sachtleben company will purchase Crenox company

According to the report, the joint venture of Lockwood holding and KaiMiLa--German Sachtleben company has agreed to purchase the production assets and inventory of Crenox company from the bankruptcy administrator. The acquisition is expected to be completed by mid in July, including professional review, the government approval and other conditions. Financial terms of the deal has not been disclosed.  Since 2009, Crenox company is escrowed by the administrator due to former separating from the managers TRONOX . The proposed trade includes  Crenox of the titanium dioxide production factory and all inventory located in Krefeld-Uerdingen. The acquisition would make Sachtleben company increase titanium dioxide capacity by 100000 tons/year, make its total to about 340000 tons/year.

Sachtleben's production capacity of tio2 distributes  in Finland Pori and German Duisburg. Sachtleben company said in the last few years, titanium dioxide of supply market has been very nervous. The purchase will become the company most economic way of increasing capacity. After the completion of the acquisition, the company's  three sets of titanium dioxide device are all using sulfric acid process, and the process is more flexibility, which can produce anatase titanium dioxide and rutile titanium dioxide. Sachtleben company was founded by Locke WuDe and KaiMiLa  in 2008 by the 61-39 percentage of joint venture.
