They are now offering new and improved FlexiCure UV LED curable inks which they will be demonstrating at one of North America's largest, most attended trade shows, PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) in Las Vegas on Jan. 13-15. This durable ink is specially formulated for high performance, trouble-free printing and consistent, premium quality. These inks offer expanded color gamut, long term outdoor durability, superior adhesion, excellent elongation and flexibility and the lowest maintenance requirements of any ink in the digital inkjet marketplace. FlexiCure UV LED curable ink uses the latest technologies available to provide full curing properties at very low energy levels. This ink product expands the applications suitable for LED curable inkjet ink.

 

Its uses include POP displays, outdoor graphics, billboards, banners, novelty, textiles and specialty ads. The inks come in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Colors, White, Varnish, as well as custom colors.

 

FlexiCure LED curable inks are formulated to be fully cured when exposed to 395mm from at least a 4W LED light source. The actual exposure needed to reach full state-of-cure will depend on the intensity and focus of the lamp system, film thickness and spectral output of the LED type; EPS's highly experienced technicians can assist you in your system design and requirement.
