Increasing number of titanium dioxide manufacturers chose to undersell inventory products as half the last month in 2014 has elapsed, and low quoted prices now took over the domestic markets again.

 

Some Central China-based manufacturers decided to stop production and overhaul the equipment to minimize the potential loss, making the overall operating rate of the industry notably drop.
