Prevailing titanium concentrate price dipped by RMB20 yuan per tonne last week, and one of the main reasons may be that small-sized ore manufacturers are eager to withdraw funds as the Chinese New Year is approaching. Some manufacturers even accepted prices lower than RMB500 yuan per tonne in cash payment orders.

Titanium concentrate prices in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province, now hovers around RMB500-530 yuan per tonne, exclusive of tax.
