Latest titanium dioxide prices (including tax) in China:

Rutile titanium dioxide: 13,300-14,000 yuan/mt

Anatase titanium dioxide: 9,500-11,000 yuan/mt

 

The 2014 National Titanium Dioxide Annual Meeting was held on Nov 29 in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province.

 

Representatives of National Coatings Industry Association Titanium Dioxide Branch, representatives of Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, leading Chinese titanium dioxide manufacturers and industrial experts attended the meeting and discussed several topics, one of which is about the upcoming Titanium Dioxide Industry Standards.

 

According to the document, more attention will be paid to pollution control and waste disposal. Extensive economic growth model cannot meet the requirements anymore and industrial consolidation is in the offing, analysts say.
