Ningbo, China – November 5, 2014 – At the China (Yuyao) International Plastics Expo, BASF will showcase its innovative solutions based on Ultramid®(polyamide), Ultradur®(polybutylene terephthalate) and Elastollan®TPU (thermoplastic polyurethanes), which help its customers to innovate and adapt to changing market demands of  lightweight, energy-efficient construction as well as for high-performing textiles and footwear. 

 

BASF will also be featuring the use of the optimized TPU grade Elastollan®HPM  that can now be applied extensively and unpainted on a vehicle exterior – e.g. in  the new Citroën C4 Cactus – at a technical seminar during the Expo.
