A China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) subsidiary CNNC HUA YUAN TITANIUM DIOXIDE (002145) stated on the evening of Sep 23 to acquire 100 per cent of GANSU DONFON TITANIUM INDUSTRY and NANTONG BOJO PIGMENTS at the price of ￥62 million and ￥32.86 million.

The approaching National Day holiday indicates a week-long suspension of most manufacturing industries in China, and the titanium dioxide prices are much likely to remain stable during the coming week.
