Active titanium dioxide markets somehow stimulated inquiries for Vietnam A-grade titanium concentrates. However, with few downstream demands to prop up ore markets, prices for home-manufactured concentrates or middlings are expected to stay low in the short term while those for imported ones see signs of further decline.
