Prevailing titanium concentrate (46%) prices in Panzhihua region, Sichuan Province, are now 600-640 yuan/mt (exclusive of tax).
Transaction prices of the leading manufacturers have fallen to 620 yuan/mt.
Market Forecast:
Though several titanium dioxide giants have announced price increases in early June, the market demands for titanium concentrates are still far from satisfactory. Ore prices are unlikely to climb in the short term.
